More detailed retouching — like skin smoothing, object removal, or advanced edits — is available upon request for an additional fee, depending on the complexity. We’ll always discuss editing needs with you ahead of time to make sure the final images match your vision.

We do not handle printing directly, but we work with a trusted third-party printing service that can take care of your printing needs. If you choose to print through them, please allow extra time for production and delivery.

Photography & Events Cancellation & Refunds More than 30 days before your event: You may cancel without any additional charges beyond the deposit. 14–30 days before your event: 50% of the remaining balance will be due. Less than 14 days before your event: The full contract amount is owed. Weather Rescheduling: Rescheduling due to weather is not subject to this cancellation policy, as long as it’s communicated and agreed upon in advance. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Graphic Design & Artwork Refunds Due to the nature of design work and the time involved in creative development, all payments for graphic design or custom artwork are non-refundable once the project has begun. If you choose to cancel before any work has started, only the deposit is retained. If at any point you're unhappy with the direction of a design, I encourage open communication so we can make adjustments and ensure you're satisfied with the final product. Yes, we’re happy to travel! Whether your project is out of state or international, travel is not a problem. Please note that travel fees and accommodations will be added to your invoice based on the location and duration of the project. Turnaround time depends on the type and size of your shoot. On average, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 7–14 business days. Larger projects or those requiring detailed retouching may take a bit longer, but we’ll always communicate timelines clearly before and after your session. If you need a quicker turnaround, rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Final files are typically delivered via email. For larger files, we’ll send a download link through WeTransfer. Please note that WeTransfer links are available for a limited time, so be sure to download and save your files promptly.

We do not offer wedding photography. However, we’re happy to support your special day in other ways. We provide graphic design for wedding materials such as invitations, RSVP cards, signage, and table assignment displays. We can also collaborate with event planners and stylists who are looking to stage styled shoots or portfolio-building projects.

We accept credit/debit card, Venmo, and Zelle. For those who need to pay via check, we can accommodate those as well.
